We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start this process, you can contact us at email@example.com. After 30 days we do not provide refunds. Refunds are not available for items that were purchased on sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If there are any issues with your order, we also recommend contacting us for an exchange, or to send a new item.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Sales and Discounts
Currently we do not provide refunds, and/or accept returns on any products that have been sold with a discount price, on sale, or have any other applicable special offers, such as a coupons.
