BlueLightGlasses.ca is a Canadian shop that sells non-prescription blue light glasses, plus a few accessories to look after them. Every pair costs less than $50, and shipping is free across Canada.
Our Story
Jesse Robert has spent five years working in blue light eyewear. He started BlueLightGlasses.ca in 2022 after seeing how much Canadians were being charged for a simple lens filter, and how many people gave up on the idea because of the price.
The goal has stayed the same since then: make blue light glasses affordable, and explain them in plain words.
What We Sell
- Non-prescription blue light glasses. Our lenses are clear, with no prescription and no magnification.
- Every pair under $50. You do not need to spend a lot on a simple lens filter.
- Free shipping across Canada.

How We Describe Our Glasses
We try to give you the information a shop would give you in person. Most of our product pages list frame measurements in millimetres, so you can compare a pair with glasses you already own. Where we do not know a detail, we leave it out and do not guess.
What Blue Light Glasses Can and Cannot Do
Blue light glasses filter part of the blue light from screens. They are not prescription glasses, and they do not correct your vision. Research has not shown that they prevent eye strain, and we will not tell you they do. Regular breaks from your screen help more.
Sleep is a different question. Studies on sleep have used tinted lenses, not clear ones. We explain what they found in our guide to blue light glasses for sleep. If your eyes hurt, your vision is blurry or you get headaches, book an eye exam. We are not optometrists, and this is not medical advice.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free on every order within Canada. You can return unused glasses in their original packaging within 25 days. Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Read our shipping policy and refund policy for the full details.
