A semi-rimless alloy frame for men, in five colours, with a clear lens that filters 85% to 90% of blue light. No prescription, no magnification.
Semi-rimless means there is no metal along the bottom of the lens. A thin nylon cord holds it instead. That makes the frame lighter to look at than a full rim, and it keeps your lower field of view clear, which matters if you glance between a monitor and a keyboard all day.

Will it fit you?
At 132 mm total width, this is one of our narrower frames. Our range runs from 124 mm to 151 mm, so Clarity sits in the narrow third.
If you already own glasses, measure them hinge to hinge across the front. If yours are 140 mm or more, Clarity will feel tight at the temples. Try the Station at 145 mm or the Boreal at 146 mm instead.
The 33 mm lens height is shallow. That is normal for a semi-rimless frame and it is part of the look. It also means less coverage when you look down, so if you want more lens area for a laptop below a monitor, this is not the one.
At 21.2 g it sits mid-weight for us. Light enough for a full day, not the lightest we make.
Colours
- Blue — a true metallic blue, not a navy that reads black
- Black — matte, the quietest of the five
- Bronze — warm copper, reads more interesting than brown
- Grey — gunmetal, close to black but softer
- Red — the only one anyone will comment on
About the lens
Clear, not amber. Colours stay accurate, so this works for design work, spreadsheets, video calls and games. Amber lenses filter more and turn everything warm, and we decided that trade was not worth it.
The lens also carries an anti-reflective coating. That is the part most customers actually notice day to day, and it is separate from the blue filter.
One honest note on the 85% to 90% figure: it covers the high energy end of the blue range, not every wavelength your monitor emits. We explain what that means and how to check a lens yourself in how to test blue light glasses.
What this is not
- Not a prescription lens. If text on your screen looks blurry, no filter fixes that. Book an eye exam.
- Not a reading glass. There is zero magnification. See computer glasses vs reading glasses.
- Not a cure for eye strain. The research does not support that, and we are not going to claim it.
In the box
The frame and a cleaning cloth. A semi-rimless lens sits in a groove, so it is worth keeping it in a hard case rather than loose in a bag.
