Flight is a metal blue light glasses frame for women in two shapes: square or geometric. Both come with a clear lens that filters blue light, with no prescription and no magnification. They are easy to wear all day at 17.5 g.
Choose Your Shape First
Square
This is the classic square metal frame, in rose gold or gold. The lens is 53 mm wide and 52 mm tall, so it is almost a perfect square. It has a clean outline and the arm tips come in a matching soft tone.
Geometric
This shape has many sides and softly angled corners. It sits somewhere between round and square, so it looks more interesting than a standard round or square frame. It comes in rose gold, gold, black with silver arms, and black with gold arms. The arm tips are clear.
All Six Options
- Square – Rose Gold: a soft pink-copper tone with pink arm tips. It is the warmest finish.
- Square – Gold: a classic gold with cream arm tips, bright and polished.
- Geometric – Rose Gold: the same warm tone in the many-sided shape.
- Geometric – Gold: a lighter, champagne-style gold in the many-sided shape.
- Geometric – Black and Silver: a thin black front with silver arms. It is the quietest of the six.
- Geometric – Black and Gold: a thin black front with gold arms.
Tip: hold a piece of gold or silver jewellery you already wear next to your face. Pick the finish that looks best with it.

Is Flight Right for You?
Choose Flight if you want a gold or rose gold metal frame, or you like a square or many-sided shape.
Look elsewhere if you want a very thin wire look (try Feather), a plastic square frame (try Autumn), or a bolder two-tone frame (try Two-Tone).
What These Glasses Do and Do Not Do
The lens filters part of the blue light from screens. It does not correct your vision and it has no magnification. If text looks blurry, book an eye exam.
Research has not shown that blue light glasses prevent eye strain, and we will not claim that. If your eyes feel tired, take regular breaks from your screen. We are not optometrists, and this is not medical advice.
Keep Them Safe
Thin metal frames can bend if they are squeezed in a bag. A hard glasses case keeps the shape in place.
Flight FAQ
Are these prescription glasses?
No. Flight has a clear lens with no prescription and no magnification. It is for people who do not need vision correction.
Should I choose the square or the geometric shape?
Choose square if you want a classic look and more lens height. Choose geometric if you want something with more shape. The frame width, weight and arm length are the same.
Is the lens tall enough for laptop use?
The square version has a 52 mm tall lens, which is taller than most of our frames. That gives you more clear area when you look down at a laptop or notes.
Do blue light glasses prevent eye strain?
Studies have not shown that they do. Regular screen breaks help more. Flight is a style and comfort choice, not a treatment.
What about shipping and returns?
Shipping is free across Canada. You can return glasses within 25 days if the fit is wrong. See our refund policy for the full terms.
